Include, blood and bone marrow, milk protein, fiber from crustacean shells, egg albumen from egg whites, fish oil, gelatin (from boiling parts) , and gelatin from fish bladder membranes.

Commercial Yeast ~ Added for fermentation purposes. Fine Wines, do not add more yeast, the natural yeast is the white powder on the outside of the grape.

Tannins ~ Are the structure of wines. These come from skin, seeds and stems of grapes,and the barrels. However commercial producers add more. Such as refined sources made from chestnut, Indian gooseberry, gambir leaf.

Sugar ~ With the process of adding sugar to grape juice in order to increase the alcohol level to finished wine. Also, sugar doesn’t make a wine sweeter. Due to sugar is consumed by the yeast when it is fermented into alcohol. It is legal in areas where grapes struggle with ripeness, such as Bordeaux, France and Oregon.
