After all you cannot go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter!! Also I must warn you this is very sweet but zero calories, right!! Let’s get to the goods below~

As you go thru the ingredients, take note that these are what I do not what the specific recipe my call for (disclaimer). Approximately 30 Oreos, 4 Tablespoons of butter or margarine. In a large ziplock bag place the cookies and I use a rolling pin to crunch them up. And then, remove about 1 cup and reserve for topping. Also I add the soft butter into the bag and mix with cookies. And then place them in a 9×12 glass baking dish.

Next in a large bowl, beat 1 block of cream cheese (softened), approximately a cup of peanut butter, and a cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half a (16 oz) container of whip topping with this mixture. Spread over the cookie crust.

Alas my favorite, sprinkle with chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups (30 mini’s or 25 large). In a separate bowl beat 1 1/2 cups of cold milk, two packages of instant chocolate pudding and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Also it is best to let the mixture sit for a couple minutes and then fold in remainder of whip topping. And then spread over the previous layer. Last sprinkle the remaining reserved crushed cookies on top and then chill in the refrigerator for approximately 3 hours. However you like to serve this, cut into squares, put a few red raspberries on the side.

And since this dessert was made for our Wine & Dine Show, mine was paired with our Discoveries 2017 Pinot Noir. Actually this was a great pairing, bringing out the dark cocoa that was placed since I had no chocolate pudding mix.
