As a home bound child I baked many things, my Dad loved most everything made but one favorite was Cream Puffs. Good reason why I was an over weight child, you have to test, Right!!

So easy to make let start here!! For this little treat, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup flour, salt and 4 eggs. Boil the water add butter until its melted, then add flour, mix will form an elastic ball. And then remove it from the heat, add one eggs mix well and let it sit for about 5 minutes. This will help cool so the eggs don’t cook. Add remaining eggs beating after each one. I place them on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, Bake 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. And this will depend on size. The mistake I have made is not letting them bake long enough, therefore they flatten, so do not be afraid to let them bake a bit longer!!
