Environment and Success

Most of us have the freedom to do what we want. Also change out minds at any given time are we doing what is best for ourselves. When you consider your surroundings or environment what energy do you get from it? Perhaps the goals are there set by you, but the influences also are. Hence stopping the positive mindset you should and want to have. And we have all heard the you are a product of your environment. With a little research and understanding, think abut how you were raised.

Due to all that is around us there is more to environment and success. And by that I mean not just the house you live in or the street. Also involves the personalities of people around you that influence your ways of thinking.

Or even the options around us. Maybe checking your social media on your cell phone. Also turning on the television they are all programmed decisions. Not all that is a bad decision, the motivational channels are a great start! But how often do you program yourself not to see who is complaining on social media?

Also there are many positive environments as well, exercise before you start your day or keeping your water bottle full. All of these choices are can impact us in achieving our goals.

Keep it Simple

When thinking about accomplishing anything, focus is what is always needed. Perhaps noise, too many browsers open on your screen or eat healthy when the kitchen is full of junk food!

Anything that is in view can be an object attraction or even a ploy. Maybe a sale item in a store place right in eye view, that little push to buy that candy bar. And the same goes for keeping on task small sticky notes placed in view with goals to keep. As for myself this year has to be better than the last! After doing this research I have learned what I was doing wrong. As you read these tips and tricks I hope you can learn also!

Weights and Measure Goals

What is meant by that? While you find the environment of choice, a place where you can mediate and get ready for the day. And have those daily goals to accomplish, you have everything written down that you hope to cross off as you go. This is one of the most critical ways to help us feel that we have to measure out progress. You way the options and measure what the day has brought you.

And measuring is not always about the success but the lessons learned and the mindset you develop. Also by holding you accountable and where you lacked in you check marks for the day. However always stay positive and know you are human and not perfect. Many days will let you down if you let it. Stay focused and know that trials and errors will happen, but never give up, press forward and refocus to get better wit time!
